Day 5: Bread

You don't have to give up your bread! Thank goodness.
We just need to make better choices.
Look for 3 things when looking for bread:
"Whole" Wheat, not enriched
Multi Grain
... also important is to make sure there's not a long list of ingredients that follow. The least amount the better for you.

Veggie Sandwich
Add pretty much whatever you like ... this is one of my faves
Sprouted Multi Grain Bread
Hummus spread (instead of Mayo)
1 slice of Bell Pepper (orange, yellow or red)
Lettuce (anything but ice-burg)
thick slice of Tomato
little cracked pepper
Avocado slices
