I've Got a Pep in my Step

I've made the perfect morning drink that gives me energy and keeps me going throughout the day.
2cups of water
handful spinach
handful kale
handful collard greens
1 banana or 1 apple
1 date
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
6 frozen strawberries
2 handfuls of ice
blend real good
bing. bing. bing! who needs caffeine when you can have this!
