CYCLE ACROSS COUNTRY FOR A GOOD CAUSE
Goal: When I turn 56. which is 2.5 years to save and train.
What I need to do:
** keep eating right
** shed 20 to 30 lbs.
** goal weight 130lbs
** keep walking 1 hour each morning to build endurance
** add weights later to build muscle
** once ready ... replace walks with bike for 20 mile rides each morning
** Build up to 50 miles ... then buy best bike possible
** Regular routine should be 20 miles week days, 50 miles weekends
start the hype
** Find the cause
** Find people who want to cycle with me
** Get sponsors
** Get a van
** Schedule time off for both of us
** get media involved
** track the route
** schedule the time off
** research the roads, hotels, weather
... and live the dream!
