The Perfect Snack
Slices of Avocado over a bed of Red Cabbage, sprinkled with cracked pepper makes the perfect snack. Add dressing for a healthy salad.
Dressing: 1 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar, 1/8 of Red Onion chopped, 1 tsp minced Garlic. Sautee a couple of minutes and pour directly over Avocados. Delish.
